Charelle started working for Advance Planning when she was 16 years old. She spent a few years under the tutelage of her grandfather, who owned the business at the time. When grandpa passed away, Charelle's mother took over the business and continued to mold Charelle into the person and agent that she is today. Charelle took over ownership of the business in 2017, when her mother retired. She has over 28 years of experience in the industry.
